CLIENT CARE ASSISTANT

The Company

We are an established Accountancy and Business Advisory firm based in West Watford with excellent office facilities and free staff parking (Nearest tube – Moor Park / Met line). We offer clients an extensive range of Business Advisory, Accounting and taxation services and market these products to SME’s (small to medium size) businesses and individuals throughout London and the Home Counties. Dynamically led by CEO, Rakesh Dua, working at Dua & Co. provides a very pleasant working environment and opportunity to work in an accountancy practice with a clear and strong strategy and commitment to client care and services.

The Role

Administrative tasks
  • Answering phone: call managing and message taking
  • Emails; UK Admin, Secretarial tasks, ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Post: franking, updating, adding funds, changing ink, recorded delivery, next day delivery and international delivery
  • Documents: Scanning, Faxing, Filing
  • Client records, management, posting back to client, downloading reports to send clients, client correspondence file creation, client packs
  • Client liaison – chasing for records, appointments
  • Card payments: taking payments with card machine
  • Clients: professional letter clearance, bank audit letters, packs – receipt and follow-up
  • Companies House: authority letter and sending clients procedures
  • Meetings: confirming; booking in diary, booking rooms, SMS Appointments
  • Boardroom: setting for meetings / clearing after meetings
  • Ordering supplies; kitchen and stationery, bathrooms and cleaning products
  • Sorting post, Redirecting post, tenants post
  • Reception: Meet and greet clients at reception, Tidying reception and office, responsible for reception TV
  • Events: Assisting with events – organizing and sign-in desk
  • Kitchen duties: Cleaning and making sure it is well stoked (tea/coffee/sugar/milk)
  • Payslips: Sending out by post and email
  • Banking: information to Vendor, Banking PAYE Payslips and client cheques
  • CSM: bank payment direct debit report – confirming and follow-up
  • Invoices: Raising Co. invoices for clients, raising tenant invoices of marketing.
  • Assisting with events, seminars and meetings
Required skills
  • Good communicator with excellent English and able to communicate well
    with clients and colleagues.  Must have good email and telephone
    communication skills as this role includes client and stakeholder contact
    representing the company.

  • IT Skills – Email, Word, Excel and Power-point
  • Well organized and able to complete tasks within deadlines

The Salary

£14,000 – £16,000 depending on experience with 4 weeks paid holiday.
This is would suit someone with 1-2years admin experience.
